3 outlets in kitchen above counter must be GFCI and tamper resistant. Can be covered with a blank plate if you do not use 1 outlet in bathroom by sink must be GFCI and tamper resistant. Can be covered with a blank plate if you do not use. Outlet outside on back porch must be tamper resistant.
